Days Eight and Nine – A Weekend of Words

I didn’t take the day off from writing my words yesterday, merely from the daily update on most social media. Everyone needs a day or two every now and then to be offline, so I decided yesterday was mine.

I’m up and awake now though and ready to share the words with you all.

Day Eight

Day Eight of  was short and sweet. I wasn’t feeling all that great and had a day of winding down mostly.

Day 8

Day Eight

Day Nine

Today is Day Nine of and I woke up already planning my words. Apparently sleepy brain is enjoying itself because I had the scenes already planned out before I left the bed!

I’m really happy with how they’ve worked out today. Day eight…meh, I did it and that’s what matters, but I like day nine a lot!

Hope everyone has had a great weekend.

Day Seven: 100 Days of Words Challenge

Day Seven of #the100dayproject and I’m unreasonably sad. I say unreasonably as there is no reason I can find to explain how I feel, other than perhaps my hormones. So, as I always do, I ran back to an old favourite character from my past and let some of the sorrow flow out onto the page. It actually helped quite a bit and I’m able to contemplate the rest of the day with a clearer head. We write what’s in our hearts after all. Today mine feels heavy and filled with an uncharacteristic guilt that I can’t quite place. It’ll pass, I know. Until it does, I’ll keep on writing.

Day Five: 100 Days of Words Challenge

Day Five has turned into ‘lets try out first person perspective’ day. I’m pretty pleased with the results actually. It’s not a style I find easy to write in and so the challenge was pretty fun. I’ve found first person is something that, when done wrong, can really make you cringe to read. I think I’ve steered away from it subconsciously because I don’t want to be that cringe-worthy person. I never wanted someone to read my work and go “Oh God please make it stop.” That thought kinda scares me.

So today has been a challenge in producing something that I can be happy with and that I can be proud to put onto the internet forever. I think I’ve achieved this goal. What do you think?

Day Three: 100 Days of Words Challenge

Day Three. I’m tired today. Someone’s car alarm decided to go off at around 3am just outside my bedroom window and it didn’t stop for a good couple of hours. Whoever it was that decided to not put in a cut off timer for that little fucker, I now officially hate you.

Despite it all I am still awake and writing. I think coffee number two is going to be called for before I start in on my big work, but the daily scenes have been accomplished; along with my 200 words and I’m still very much enjoying myself.

I’m looking to work on furthering Chapter 7 of One Ring today. I have my plot sorted into enough of a shape to guide my brain through what needs to happen and am looking forward to seeing what I come up with in between plot points. Questions shall be answered as well as asked, so hopefully a few people who were worrying about what had happened to certain individuals will find out!

Overall I’m pretty optimistic about the direction things are heading.

Day One: 100 Days of Words

Recently I discovered the 100 Day Challenge. Without my consent and with the force of a tidal wave the idea took me over. Whilst I don’t use Instagram, I do use social media and there are #’s for the challenge all over the internet. The idea is not to be perfect, but to be consistent. To form new habits and to expand the boundaries what you believe yourself capable of achieving.

I absolutely adore the simplicity and adaptability of this challenge, so without further adieu, here’s what I’ll be doing for the next 100 days.

The Project

I’m setting myself the challenge of writing two scenes/scenario’s/snippets a day and posting them online. Each day there will be one Erotic and one Non-Erotic scene. The intention of this project is to expand, not only my idea pool but also my own perceptions of what I can and can not write about. My comfort zones, when it comes to writing, are very much biased in a certain direction and I want to push myself. I want to see what I can come up with when the pressure isn’t there to produce a full story. A minimum of 12k is hard to write – especially when it’s not something you are used to – but a few sentences, that I can do.

One Ring – Chapter 6

In which Dean discovers a Fairy in Nottingham and Jim demonstrates his ability to control without the use of the ring.

Warnings: Bondage, Magical Control, D/s, Anal Sex, Prostate Play, MMF.

Chapter 6

When Dean awoke that morning the first, and only thought he had was coffee.

He took one look at the hotel’s pitiful ‘brew your own instant Cappuccino’ machine on the side board and fled for the street. He knew that the English were famous for their obsession with Tea but at least some of them had to like coffee, surely?

To his surprise, Nottingham appeared to have at least one café on every other street corner. Steering away from the big brand chain stores he saw a small family run shop that seemed to offer exactly what he was wanting.

Like a zombie on a mission he headed towards the entrance. The queue wasn’t long and he kept himself occupied by reading the menu, which had been chalked on a giant board behind the shop assistants heads.

One Ring – Chapter 4b & Chapter 5

Apologies for the delay on this chapter. A number of people have asked that I make my chapters a bit longer, so I hope this is more to your liking. It’s a big one. As per previous chapters the same warnings apply, dark content and dubious consent lie within. I will also add that this chapter contains MMF scenes, so bear that in mind as well.

As always feedback and comments brighten my day, and I hope you all enjoy.

Chapter 4a and Chapter 1

Chapter 4b

This picks up where the short chapter from the New Year left off

***

Half an hour after he got off the train Dean was staring out of the window of a taxi, taking in the strange sandstone houses and small winding roads of the UK. He watched the people of Nottingham go about their business, studiously ignoring one another as they did so. The light in this part of the world was strangely blue, and he found himself staring at the oddly grey/black colour pallet that the people here chose to wear. No wonder the English thought the rest of the world was so loud and brash. They walked around as if they were attending a funeral every day.

A car horn honked and he saw a glum-looking man turn his collar up against the drizzle that was starting to fall.

One Ring – Chapter 4

Chapter 4 of One Ring, in which Jim plays with his new toys and we discover why an American and a Demon are in Nottingham, England.

STORY WARNINGS: M/F, MIND CONTROL, DUB CON, digital SEX, SEX TOYS.

Find Chapter 3 here.

Chapter 4

It took two and a half hours for Chris to make what should have been, according to Jim’s calculations, a three and a half hour journey. Jim wondered how many speed cameras the man had triggered and was quietly deciding whether or not he should make the fines ‘disappear,’ when he heard footsteps outside the door and a key being roughly shoved into the lock.

Illusions: 15 year old Ventur meets Alcebiades.

Illusions
Illusions is the story of Ventur, an illusionist born into an age that no longer believes in their existence. Keeping his secret will be essential.

Ventur was feeling pissed off. He’d been feeling that way more often recently and that just seemed to piss him off even more. He felt like it was harder and harder to control himself and he was getting into more and more arguments with his friends because of it. Even Theo, who would usually sit calmly as Ventur paced and ranted about his troubles was starting to make pointed comments. Then there was Rheandra. She seemed to actively seek him out and wound him up on a daily basis. She would talk in her exasperated way about how magic is power and should be embraced for the good of all, about what he should be doing with his unique ‘gifts’ and about what she would do once she was free of this prison she was so tragically confined in.

Short Story: Soul – We are all searching for something.

Soul

The soul drifted, lost in the vortex.  It knew only absence and loss.  It felt no pain because it lacked any form, but it yearned, oh how it yearned.  It yearned for sensation and for the connection it knew on an instinctual level was possible.  It was so cold and so alone it didn’t understand how it had come to this place nor how to escape it.  Time was its enemy here, it knew.  It just didn’t know how to fight or why the war was even taking place.
